This graduating player has had dedication and perseverance in which has now, led her to an exciting new chapter. She has been accepted into Georgian College’s Pre-Health Sciences program, beginning in September 2025. Her ultimate goal is to transition into the Fire Investigation program—a field she is deeply passionate about. Her coach has had the privilege of witnessing her remarkable growth—both as an athlete and as a person. Even when her emotions run high, she continues to push forward with determination, never losing sight of her goals, both on and off the ice.
Raised by a single mother in a single-income household, she has understood the value of resilience and hard work from an early age. Despite facing challenges, she has always found ways to give back. As a proud member of the Golden Hawks since the age of nine, she has volunteered at every year at the Mini Worlds Tournament, consistently demonstrating leadership, team spirit, and a strong commitment to her community. These experiences have instilled in her a powerful belief: never give up, even when the odds seem impossible.
This award will provide more than just financial support—it would be a meaningful recognition of her perseverance, her drive to grow, and her vision for a bright and purposeful future. There is no doubt she will continue to make her community and Golden Hawks proud in everything she pursues.
