Team Off-Season Dryland Training
We will be running weekly off-season dryland training, beginning Wednesday June 5th.
This is an optional training session, but strongly encouraged if you can attend. Not only will there be a focus on hockey specific training, this will be an important time for our team to bond and form a tight group before the season begins.
A few notes regarding our off-season training:
* Sessions will be led by our own Sinead (head trainer) and Jenn (asst coach)!
* All training dates will be weather dependant. If a session is going to be cancelled due to inclement weather, a quick message will be send out on the teams chat.
* Remember to bring a water bottle & towel if needed. Ensure you are wearing appropriate clothing and good running shoes (no crocs or sandels)
